AI helps us draft and organise faster. You stay in charge of anything that goes out in your name. That is the whole point.

Scoped access
You grant access only to the inboxes, shared folders, or tools we need for the engagement. We prefer the least privilege that still lets the work happen. Access is reviewed when the engagement ends.

Drafts, not auto-sends
We prepare chase messages, replies, confirmations, and status notes. AI assists with speed and consistency. Nothing is sent as you until a human on your side (or a clearly agreed approval path) signs it off.

Human approval before it goes out
Your name, your reputation. DeskChase does not replace your staff or your judgement — we chase and handle the back office so you can approve faster and close more of what you already quoted.

Weekly money-on-the-table report
A short, plain report: what was chased, what replied, what is warm, and what remains open. On retainers this is weekly; on a Revival Sprint you get a clear end-of-sprint results pack.
Worldwide clients, UK-minded process
DeskChase serves businesses worldwide. Privacy and processing are handled with UK GDPR / PECR awareness for marketing and a processor role when we work inside a client’s systems. See the privacy draft for the outline; a formal DPA is still to be finalised before go-live.
